Leadership Team to Support Rapid Growth Across Enduring Platform

BlueHalo, a leading provider of essential capabilities and technologies in the Space, Air, and Cyber domains to the national security community, has announced the promotion of Mary Clum to Corporate Executive Vice President (EVP) and Sector President of its Labs Innovation Center, and Mark McNeely as Chief Administrative Officer.

Clum will manage the company’s product innovation and manufacturing operations, leveraging her 20 years of industry expertise and commitment to the organization’s personnel and goals. Before this role, Clum held the position of Vice President of Technical Solutions and Systems at BlueHalo since 2019.

Mark McNeely

Having served as the Senior Vice President for Contracts and Procurement at BlueHalo since 2020, McNeely has transitioned into his new position as Chief Administrative Officer. In this capacity, he will retain his leadership of the expanding proposal, contracting, and risk management functions while supervising the organization’s corporate legal, insurance, and real estate contracts. As BlueHalo expands its operations into global markets, McNeely will be vital in coordinating export control and compliance efforts.
