This unique event, organized by Skyfire and AeroVigilance in collaboration with the University of Alabama Huntsville, will be held on May 17-18 at UAH’s UAS test site, located to the west of Huntsville International Airport in Huntsville, AL. The event is free for all members of federal, local, and state public safety agencies and the DOD.

- A discussion with FAA ASSURE on academic and industry partnerships to research expanded UAS operations in the national airspace system.
- A seminar on Airport Incursions and Emergency Action Plans, which focuses on sUAS threats in the vicinity of airports.
- Use cases of UAS in Atmospheric and Earth Science, including collecting science data for calibration and validation of satellite imagery and environmental modeling.
- A presentation on disaster relief efforts with UAS, highlighting the roles of federal, state, and local public safety agencies.
