The ELYSION C4I system, which serves as ESG’s core intelligence for drone detection and defense, has been enhanced with the successful integration of CONTROP’s EO/IR Camera Systems. This collaboration significantly expands the capabilities of C-UAS systems for military and law enforcement customers.
ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH and CONTROP Precision Technologies Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at the end of April to reinforce their collaboration in further developing counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) solutions. The continuous integration of innovative sensor and effector technologies is crucial for effectively detecting and defending against rogue drones. A vital capability is improving the verification of incoming threats or detections. ESG’s C-UAS core intelligence ELYSION features advanced algorithms that allow for increasingly automated processes and a mission system that has proven its efficacy in combat, providing interoperability of multiple systems in complex scenarios.
With CONTROP´s EO/IR camera systems integrated into ELYSION, ESG will soon provide a very robust, high-performing, field-proven, and reliable sensor at an attractive size, weight, power (SWaP), and cost ratio. Thus ESG´s customers will benefit from a significant portfolio enhancement – day & night, long distance, on the move capability (OTM).
