Protecting vulnerable targets from attacks involving unmanned aircraft systems is a common topic with critical infrastructure, homeland security, defense, and law enforcement personnel.  The United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism published a good practices guide that includes an overview of terrorist threats posed by UAS to vulnerable targets, as well as risk mitigation and response.
