Countering Uncrewed Aerial Systems: A Conversation with General Sean Gainey is a discussion hosted by Tom Karako of the Center for Strategic and International Studies(CSIS). The conversation coincided with releasing a new CSIS report, Countering Small Uncrewed Aerial Systems: Air Defense by and for the Joint Force.

The report’s lead author, Shaan Shaikh, began the event with an overview of the report’s findings and recommendations. The conversation explored the JCO’s continuous initiatives to establish the institutional framework for the C-sUAS mission across various services, conclusions presented in the CSIS report, and potential courses of action for the future.
