Danish parliament approves additional drone and counter-drone acquisitions

On July 15, the Danish government announced that it had secured approval from the Danish Parliament’s Finance Committee to purchase additional drone and counter-drone capabilities for their Armed Forces.

The acquisitions are intended to strengthen Denmark’s defence posture amid a deteriorating security environment and growing recognition of the role drones play in modern warfare.
