In response to significant end-user demand, DroneSheild has released DroneSentry-C2 Tactical (DroneSentry-C2T).
DroneSentry-C2T is a robust, edge-based iteration of DroneShield’s primary Command-and-Control solution, DroneSentry-C2. This system furnishes operators with real-time Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) situational awareness through a singular device or a network comprising DroneShield and third-party devices. Notable examples include the RfPatrol body-worn drone detector and the DroneSentry-X, an on-the-move and expeditionary fixed-site drone detection and defeat system.
Featuring an intuitive satellite map-based display, DroneSentry-C2T enables two-way communication between users and the distributed network of counter-drone devices. This facilitates the demonstration of drone detections from a sensor network to a central point, which can be accessed anywhere through a rugged user tablet. Additionally, where law permits, the system can activate drone defeat systems.
The introduction of DroneSentry-C2 Tactical allows current DroneShield end users to augment their solutions with an additional capability. Moreover, this tactical variant offers a new entry-level Command and Control (C2) solution for customers who may not necessitate the complete DroneSentry package.
