Freedom of movement in the drone age

As drones proliferate across global battlefields, their impact is no longer confined to irregular warfare or insurgent threats. The scale, sophistication and accessibility of unmanned systems now challenge NATO forces across all echelons of conflict.

At the Counter UAS Technology Europe conference, Sean Bittick, C-UAS and Capability Development Officer at NATO, discussed the challenge of achieving freedom of movement for forces in an age where the drone threat is ever-present.
