MatrixSpace partners with Advexure for airspace monitoring

Advexure, a US-based drone systems dealer and integrator, has announced a partnership with AI-sensing radar provider MatrixSpace to expand capabilities in drone operations and perimeter security. The collaboration aims to improve detect-and-alert capabilities for public safety, infrastructure and utility customers.

The partnership combines Advexure’s experience in deploying drone-based solutions with MatrixSpace’s AI-enhanced radar technology. The companies say the integration will support scalable drone-as-first-responder programs and beyond-visual-line-of-sight applications, including remote infrastructure inspections and site security.

“Our clients demand some of the most advanced drone operations and low airspace monitoring to safely collect data, protect communities and better secure sensitive locations,” said Travis Waibel, CEO of Advexure. “MatrixSpace’s offering is unmatched in its level of precision, ease of use and affordability. This partnership opens new opportunities for our customers, providing levels of remote operation and site protection from unauthorized drones that were previously unachievable.”

MatrixSpace specializes in AI-powered sensor solutions designed to enhance situational awareness, providing rapid detection and classification of objects for security applications. The company states its radar technology enables precise detection while supporting compliance reporting.

“Advexure is at the forefront of the commercial drone services industry, revolutionizing applications and introducing the deployment of its drone technologies across a wide range of industries,” said Lori DeMatteis, CRO of MatrixSpace. “With its leading industry recognition for customer-first experiences, we look forward to partnering with Advexure to extend the scope, scale and efficiency of its solutions worldwide.”

The announcement comes as industries and public safety agencies increasingly seek advanced monitoring and security solutions for low-altitude airspace. While the partnership is expected to improve drone operations for legitimate users, it also has implications for counter-UAS efforts by enhancing airspace awareness and response to unauthorized drone activity.
