Three men were recently arrested as part of “Operation Flight Cancelled” during their attempt to fly contraband into Washington State Prison in Davisboro, Georgia.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia arrested Derek Spugeon, Harvey Simpson, and Tylub-Deen El-Amin as part of their investigation into the attempted delivery.
The seized contraband consisted of tobacco, narcotics, cellular telephones, chargers, and various other items. The investigation is ongoing, and additional arrests are expected.
