Sentrycs appoints new CRO to aid growth in US counter-drone market

Sentrycs, a major counter-UAS technology provider, has announced the appointment of Jason Moore as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to aid the company’s efforts to expand in the US market. Based in Virginia, Moore has previous experience in leadership roles across the cyber and defence sectors.

Sentrycs has been expanding its presence in the counter-drone market, securing deals with law enforcement agencies in December 2024 amid heightened concerns over drone sightings in the US. The company also announced a partnership with Third Eye Systems in October 2024 to advance drone detection and identification capabilities.

“Jason’s global experience in driving revenue and enhancing business processes for fast-growing technology companies positions him as a critical addition to our leadership team,” said Tal Cohen, General Manager at Sentrycs. “As we expand our operations to meet the growing demand for counter-drone systems, his leadership will play a key role in unlocking our full potential and ensuring our success in the next phase of our growth. We are thrilled to welcome him to the team.”

Moore’s expertise reportedly spans protocol and RF-based technologies, areas which are key in counter-UAS technology development. According to Sentrycs, the appointment is part of a strategic focus on advancing its technology and meeting the rising demand for counter-drone solutions globally.
