SAE Media Group and the Jordan Design and Development Bureau (JODDB) have announced their partnership to host the first Counter-UAS Middle East & Africa conference. Scheduled for July 1–2, 2025, in Amman, Jordan, this event will be the first of its kind, focusing specifically on the counter- C-UAS landscape in the Middle East and Africa.
The conference is expected to draw experts and officials from both government and industry to discuss the C-UAS challenges and developments in the region. This will be the first opportunity for the C-UAS industry to collaborate on the latest strategies and technological advancements to address increasing concerns over threats posed by UAS in the Middle East and Africa.

The threat posed by UAS throughout the conflicts in the Middle East and the Red Sea continues to be a key area of concern.
