The round also saw participation from both existing and new private investors, marking a key milestone in the company’s growth trajectory.
This investment follows a period of rapid expansion, with SpearUAV securing major defense contracts and scaling its operations to meet increasing global demand. The newly raised capital will be used to establish a new production line in Israel, while also laying the foundation for future expansion in the United States, including plans for a dedicated production facility.
