Toshiba Infrastructure Systems & Solutions Corporation announced this week that it will showcase its latest advanced radars at Eurosatory 2024, a defense and security trade show held in Paris, France, from June 17 to 21, 2024.

Eurosatory is a biennial international event highlighting the latest technologies and services in the defense sector. It draws defense agencies, manufacturers, and service providers from across the globe. The 2022 edition of Eurosatory featured 1,743 exhibitors and attracted 62,000 visitors from 148 countries.

Located in Hall 5A-J407, the Toshiba booth will feature the company’s comprehensive Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) solution, coastal surveillance 3D radar, and newly developed radar modules. Leveraging years of experience and innovation in defense, air traffic control, and weather disaster prevention, Toshiba has developed advanced radar technologies that embody its guiding concept of “reliable, sustainable solutions for a safe, secure society.”

At the booth, Toshiba will demonstrate its radar technologies, offer presentations, and invite visitors to explore its cutting-edge solutions.

Toshiba will showcase the following at the exhibition:

  • Counter-unmanned aircraft system (C-UAS): Drones pose a singular threat. Toshiba’s system uses a high-performance radar and camera to detect, identify, and track them and provide robust countermeasures, including jamming and capture.
  • Coastal surveillance 3D radar: Compact and lightweight AESA 3D radar using GaN amplifiers, with long-range detection, high mobility, and easy deployment.
  • Radar modules: Compact, lightweight, and wide-bandwidth modules highly suited for various roles and integration into diverse radar systems.
