U.S. Air Force Issues RFIs for Radar and EO/IR Technologies

The Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) branch of the United States Air Force (USAF) is seeking information on radar and EO/IR camera technologies for countering the threat posed by small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) in groups 1 and 2, as detailed in Table 1 below and associated Request For Information (RFI) documents found on sam.gov.

A separate RFI was issued for both radar and EO/IR technologies. The requested data includes company information, general information, hardware information, system unclassified capabilities, software, price, and support. Both RFIs currently have a response date of July 31st, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. EDT.
