The DroneGun Mk4 is a rugged, handheld C-UAS effector that provides users with a compact, rapid-response countermeasure capability. The device maintains the versatility of its predecessor while offering improved performance, ingress protection, and serviceability.

The DroneGun Mk4 is highly effective against a wide range of UAS types and models. It can simultaneously disrupt the control, navigation, and video of multiple drones.

When disruption is triggered, UAS typically responds via a vertically controlled landing on the spot or return to the operator controller or starting point. RF disruption can also interfere with any live video streaming (FPV) back to the remote controller, halting the collection of video footage and intelligence by the UAS operator.

Given the limitations of those methods, DroneShield’s C-UAS defeat capabilities do not involve protocol manipulation or “cyber” tactics. Our defeat technologies offer non-kinetic jamming for controlled threat management.

The advantages of DroneGun Mk4 include:

  • More Effective– The system works in a wide range of environmental conditions and can support a wide variety of protection missions.
  • Increased Disruption Performance-The DroneGun Mk4 maintains its compact design while ensuring effective directionality and a safe environment for the operator.
  • Familiar Form Factor– The DroneGun Mk4 features an improved pistol grip, safety selector switch, trigger assembly, and quick-release battery function.
  • DroneShield Advanced Technology– Integrated electronic modules for compact applications- ready for immediate operation out of the box with no software updates required.
  • Improved Ingress Protection– DroneGun Mk4 is IP67 certified and constructed to provide maximum strength and protection for reliable use in harsh environments.
  • Increased Serviceability– Protective components are easily field serviced and replaced.
