Rafael Systems Global Sustainment LLC (RSGS) annoncée the company has been chosen by the DHS Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) to participate in the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft (C-UAS) Capability Optimization Research Environment (CORE) Technology Demonstration scheduled for March 18-22, 2024, at Fort Wolters, TX. During this event, Rafael will demonstrate the capabilities and effectiveness of Rafael’s DRONE DOME and SKY SPOTTER systems.
The DRONE DOME is an all-encompassing solution to combat hostile drones. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, it excels in drone detection, identification, neutralization, and interception.
The SKY SPOTTER serves as a passive Early Warning System, with a high probability of detection and an exceptionally low false alarm rate. It is a crucial component in the fixed national airspace management network or functions independently in Automatic Sense and Warn (AS&W) applications for Force Protection. This application supports C-UAS and ground-based air defense (GBAD) operations.
DRONE DOME and SKY SPOTTER, having demonstrated their effectiveness in combat, serve as proven systems for safeguarding global and homeland defense against airborne threats, encompassing crucial airspace and ensuring safety. Consistent with all Rafael products, both DRONE DOME and SKY SPOTTER are engineered to be robust and modular, facilitating seamless scalability and customization.
