Job Description
Edgesource is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technical product team in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Digital Service (DDS) branch for our DoD counter-UAS/drone program creating the latest counter-UAS technology for our military defense. This is a team working on the latest technologies in drone defense and is looking for someone who is passionate about developing of new technology. This role is 100% remote with program headquarters located out of the Pentagon with outposts in Augusta, GA and Mountain View, CA. This position will be performed as a W2 employee. US citizenship is absolutely required to qualify.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen
- 10+ years of expertise in object-oriented programming and scalable software design
- Extensive experience of designing and developing software applications with NodeJs, Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
- Experience with PHP/LAMP stack
- Solid knowledge of APIs, SDKs, Databases, SQL, and source control tools like Git and GitHub
- Advanced experience with SQL Queries, Databases and SQL Server Stored Procedures
- Delivery experience following AGILE/SCRUM methodology
Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):
- Experience with CI/CD tooling, such as GitLab and/or Jenkins
- Experience with Material Design web components
- Experience with AWS Gov Cloud
- Experience building unit tests to ensure full deliverability through Selenium / other automated testing tools
