At SIDEC 2025, defense technology leaders DOK-ING oraz Valhalla Turrets formalized their strategic partnership by signing a Teaming Agreement, marking a significant step forward in collaborative defense innovation.
This agreement sets the stage for future joint initiatives aimed at developing cutting-edge solutions in unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), C-UAS, and very/short-range air defense (V/SHORAD) systems.
The partnership leverages DOK-ING’s robotic platforms – most notably the KOMODO UGV – and Valhalla Turrets’ modular weapon and sensor payload architecture. Together, the companies plan to design, integrate, and export next-generation unmanned and remote weapon systems tailored for the global defense market.
MV-8 Komodo + Mangart 25 AD unveiled at SIDEC 2025
As a direct outcome of their collaboration, DOK-ING and Valhalla Turrets unveiled the MV-8 Komodo + Mangart 25 AD unmanned system at SIDEC 2025. This integrated platform is engineered for C-UAS operations, combat support, and anti-armor missions. It combines mobility, survivability, and technical efficiency to enhance force readiness while reducing operational risk.
The Komodo system offers modular capabilities across multiple mission profiles, including C-UAS, V/SHORAD, mobility, counter-mobility, and CBRNe operations. Designed to meet the demands of modern warfare, it provides robust protection against evolving multi-domain threats and ensures high reliability in complex environments.
Both the MV-8 Komodo and Mangart 25 AD reflect the vision and technical expertise of DOK-ING and Valhalla Turrets, showcasing a seamless integration of mission-driven technology.
Regional cooperation
“This collaboration holds exceptional significance for both our companies. We have once again demonstrated our high level of technological development and readiness to recognise the needs of the market and to develop systems that are fully aligned with today’s security challenges and demand”, stated Gordan Pešić, CEO of DOK-ING.
“This partnership also represents recognition for both Croatia and Slovenia, whose institutions have shown great support for this project, proving that highly competitive and globally needed solutions can only be realised through close cooperation between the private and public sectors.”
