At the Counter-UAS Middle East and Africa conference in Jordan, C-UAS Hub Editor, Adam Jeffs, sat down with Wing Commander IA Okere, commanding officer of the UAV training wing in the Nigerian Air Force, to discuss Nigeria’s evolving approach to hostile drone threats.
The conversation explored the complex security challenges Nigeria faces from cross-border drone incursions, the difficulties of distinguishing threats among civilian populations and the importance of public sensitization and inter-agency collaboration.
