Ondas, a provider of private industrial wireless networks and commercial drone and automated data solutions, announced that its subsidiary Airobotics had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dubai Police to collaborate on aerial defensive solutions against potential aerial threats. The MOU also outlines plans for Airobotics to implement its Optimus System in Dubai, with a focus on enhancing the performance of the Optimus and Iron-Drone systems through AI technologies. Additionally, Dubai Police expressed interest in purchasing several Airobotics’ counter-drone solutions, Iron-Drone. The partnership aims to develop joint activities in fields of common interest and align the Optimus System with the operational goals of Dubai Police.
