Job Description
Tasks:
Project planning and execution of highly complex system development projects and programs in the drone defense environment.
- Management of large programs with multiple sub-projects/projects
- Central contact person for the customer and the management
- Coordination and monitoring of service delivery according to V-Modell XT
- Coordination of cross-cutting service components such as IT security, safety, documentation
- Support in the preparation of reports and controlling of projects
- Support in the preparation of offers (technical and commercial)
- Contact point for project partners and subcontractors
- Collaboration in the strategic development of the program
Profile:
- Completed technical studies and many years of diverse professional experience
- Proven track record in managing technically complex and commercially challenging projects/programs
- Extensive experience in systems engineering
- Experience in sales and acquisition
- Experience with functional safety
- Ability to motivate employees
- Confident appearance and strong assertiveness
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel in Germany/EU
