Airport Counter-UAS

The threat of drones to airports is a significant concern due to the potential risks they pose to aviation safety, security, and operations. Also known as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), drones have gained popularity for both recreational and commercial purposes. However, when operated irresponsibly or maliciously, drones can create serious hazards for airports and aircraft. Aerodromes are particularly vulnerable as they are the center of the critical phases of flight such as taxi, takeoff, and landing.

The following resources have been curated by C-UAS Hub to provide information specific to the airport, heliport, and aerodrome environments.
